Standard assumptions

No surprises

These assumptions apply to every proposal unless we agree otherwise.

  • The licence is annual and billed in advance; implementation is billed 50% at kickoff and 50% at go-live.
  • Hosted deployments run in an India-region or US data centre, matching your market.
  • You provide data exports, a project lead and staff time for training.
  • Hardware (tablets, cameras, bus devices) is not included unless quoted.
  • A data agreement is signed with the order: a Data Processing Agreement under the DPDP Act in India, or a data privacy agreement such as the SDPC NDPA in the US.
  • Quotes are valid for 90 days.
