Notices and circulars go to the right audience with acknowledgement tracking and reminders. Chat is moderated, with rules you set about who may message whom. Video classes and parent–teacher conferences run on CampusTip's own media service, with live captions and attendance written back to the roster.

Key capabilities
Notices and chat
- Noticeboard and circulars. Notices by category and audience, scheduling, expiry, attachments and acknowledgement tracking with reminders and a CSV report.
- Chat with moderation. Direct and group chat, class and department channels, files and voice messages. You decide who may message whom; student-to-student is off by default.
- Notifications. In-app, push and email with quiet hours; safety alerts always come through; lock-screen previews are hidden for minors.
- Email. Sends through your mail service (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Amazon SES and others) with an outbox, retries and bounce handling.
Meetings
- Meetings and online classes. Video on CampusTip's own media service: waiting room, screen sharing, hand raise, chat, live captions and attendance written back to the roster.
- Parent–teacher conferences. Teachers publish slots; families book online or in-person meetings for each child.
Notes
SMS is not included as a standard channel; SMS through your chosen provider can be scoped on request.
