The transport manager watches every route on one live map with traffic-aware arrival times. Families follow their own child's bus and are notified when it is about five minutes away and when the child boards. Drivers complete inspections, follow turn-by-turn voice navigation and tap Board, Absent or Alight at each stop. Maps run on Stackwick Maps, which we host for you.

Parent: live bus tracking (narrated)
A parent opens the family home, switches to their child's bus card and follows the bus moving on the live map with the predicted arrival at the family's own stop. Narrated, with captions. Sample data in the demo environment.

Driver: turn-by-turn navigation (narrated)
A bus driver opens their route with stops and boarding counts, starts navigation and follows simulated turn-by-turn directions with the ETA and remaining distance. Narrated, with captions. Sample data in the demo environment.

Key capabilities

Live tracking and alerts

Live transport map. Every route on one map: on route, on time, late or off route, with the next stop and a traffic-aware arrival time.
Family bus tracking. Families see their own child's bus and the predicted arrival at their stop, never other riders or stops.
Arrival and boarding alerts. A notification when the bus is about five minutes away, more than 10 minutes late, and when the child boards, alights or is marked absent.

Routing

Route optimisation. Groups riders into stops within a maximum walk, then builds routes within capacity, wheelchair positions and maximum ride time. Compare with the current plan before applying.
New-rider placement and live rerouting. The best stop for a mid-year rider, and when a bus leaves its path or traffic changes, only that bus is recalculated.

Drivers and fleet

Driver app. Pre-trip and post-trip inspections, stop manifests, boarding taps that work offline, SOS with location, and turn-by-turn navigation with natural voice guidance.
Fleet overview. In service, grounded, in the shop, open defects, overdue services, expiring documents and fuel cost.
Inspections. Pre-trip and post-trip inspections that ground a bus automatically when a critical item fails and open a work order.

India

An attendant per route, over-speed alerts (40 km/h by default, configurable), driver licence and police verification records with expiry alerts, and a CCTV stream link per bus.
