Student information & admissions
One record per student, from the first enquiry to enrolment.
Families enquire and apply on a public page for each school, with an email code and document upload. Admissions staff move each application along a pipeline to an offer, and an accepted application becomes a student and guardians in one step. From then on there is one record per student, linked to every module.

Key capabilities
Student records
- Student and guardian records. One record per student with guardians, relationships, class and section, linked to every module.
- Multi-child families. One parent account for all their children, with a child switcher.
- Confidential categories. Free and reduced-price meal status (US) and the RTE / EWS admission category (India) are visible only to staff with explicit permission.
- Support records. Special-education, 504 and counselling records stored encrypted, with every read logged.
Admissions and enquiries
- Public application page. Families enquire and apply online on a page for each school, with email verification and document upload. No CAPTCHA: rate limits and a honeypot keep spam out.
- Forms with country presets. A standard application form plus US and India presets; add your own questions and choose the grades a form is for. Questions that ask for Aadhaar numbers cannot be saved.
- Pipeline. Enquiries, applications, document checks, interviews, offers, waiting lists and rejections, with decisions reserved for the principal unless you grant them.
- Admission fee and enrolment. Send the admission-fee payment link and turn an accepted application into a student and guardians in one step.
India and the United States
India
- Admission number, class and section, the school's UDISE code, and an optional APAAR ID stored encrypted and shown only as the last four digits. A student-level UDISE+ export, logged as a disclosure.
- CampusTip has no Aadhaar field and rejects Aadhaar numbers typed into free-text fields, in line with DPDP data minimisation.
United States
- Directory opt-outs by category (including the military-recruiter opt-out), the record of disclosures, amendment requests with hearings, and rights transfer at 18 or on postsecondary enrollment.
Notes
Interview invitations are sent as plain emails; calendar attachments are on the roadmap. Seat lotteries are not included: offers are made in order from the waiting list.
