Invoices and online payments in rupees or dollars, card details never on our pages.

Finance raises invoices per student or family and sees billed, collected, outstanding and overdue totals. Families pay invoices, admission fees, meal top-ups and library fines online through Razorpay in India or Stripe in the US; card details are entered only on the provider's pages. The demo uses a clearly labelled test-mode simulator.

Key capabilities

Billing and collections

Family invoices. Invoices per student or family with due dates; families see their own invoices.
Payment recording. Record payments received by cash, cheque, card or bank transfer at the front desk.
Collections view. Billed, collected, outstanding and overdue totals with a chart.
Online payments. Families pay invoices, admission fees, meal top-ups and library fines online: Razorpay in India (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) or Stripe in the US (cards and ACH Direct Debit). Card details are entered only on the provider's pages.
Your currency and units. Amounts in your institution's currency (rupees, dollars or another currency), with Indian lakh and crore grouping where it applies, local date formats, and kilometres or miles.
